1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and 20ph ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), a Philippine online gaming operator licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the 20ph website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), creating an account, or participating in any gaming activities offered by 20ph, you expressly acknowledge and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using our services and refrain from creating or accessing an account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, depositors, and any person or entity accessing or using our services in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and participate in gaming activities on the 20ph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. 2.4 Account Limitations

Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 20ph. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual through matching personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

2.5 Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Periods

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming activities with 20ph or other Philippine gaming operators are prohibited from creating accounts or participating in gaming during their exclusion period. Users who have requested cooling-off periods must wait for the designated period to expire before resuming gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy at all times.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to:

• Create a strong password using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your username, password, or account access with any third party
• Immediately notify 20ph of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach
• Log out from your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices
• Accept full responsibility for all transactions and activities conducted through your account

3.3 Account Verification

20ph reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, UMID, or Postal ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Photographs or scans of payment cards or e-wallet account information
• Selfie photographs holding identification documents for enhanced verification

Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. 20ph processes verification requests within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.4 Account Restrictions

20ph reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend existing accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Accounts may be restricted for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of automated betting systems, collusion with other players, or failure to complete verification procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

20ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers, and cryptocurrency payments. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate funds confiscation and account suspension.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Minimum deposit amounts typically range from ₱100 to ₱500, while maximum limits may reach ₱100,000 per transaction for verified accounts. 20ph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to three (3) business days. First-time withdrawals require identity verification before processing. 20ph reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or transactions deemed suspicious.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations, 20ph implements strict anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing procedures. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility. Suspicious transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures including source of funds verification. 20ph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigating suspicious activities.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 20ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply and will be deducted from the deposited amount.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Failure to adhere to bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

20ph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play between accounts, exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other conduct deemed by 20ph to constitute unfair advantage-seeking. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts closed, and may face legal action.

5.4 Promotional Modifications

20ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts unless such bonuses were obtained through fraudulent means or technical error.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 20ph Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by 20ph or players. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are clearly displayed for each game and reflect long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and fund forfeiture:

These materials are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from the Platform without express written permission from 20ph. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute copyright infringement and subject you to civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 20ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if 20ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 20ph's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits made by you during the six (6) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, and other torts.

20ph makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Platform content or services. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, and remaining real-money balance will be paid out according to standard withdrawal procedures after verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Termination by 20ph

20ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, abuse bonuses, or conduct yourself in a manner deemed harmful to 20ph or other users. Upon termination for cause, 20ph may withhold account balances pending investigation and forfeit funds obtained through violation of these Terms.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 20ph may charge monthly dormancy fees on dormant accounts with positive balances. Dormant accounts may be closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, with remaining funds escheated to regulatory authorities as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

20ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be announced through email notification, Platform banners, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Closure requests following Terms modifications will be processed according to standard procedures outlined in Section 10.
